Services

Hicksville Heating Inc provides residential heating repair services, including boiler, furnace, oil burner, heat pump, and water heater repair, in Hicksville, NY and the surrounding communities of Nassau County. Services are performed by licensed technicians. Availability of same-day and emergency service depends on call volume, weather, and location.

Service Call and Pricing

The service call fee is $189 plus parts and includes the first hour of labor. The fee covers travel to the service address, a diagnostic of the heating system, and the first hour of labor. If parts or additional labor are required, the technician will provide the price before proceeding, and work will continue only with the customer's approval. The service call fee is payable whether or not the customer elects to proceed with additional repairs.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Warranties

Repairs are performed in a workmanlike manner. Parts installed by Hicksville Heating Inc carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranty terms, where applicable, are stated on the invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, work performed by others, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the heating equipment, to disclose known hazards, and to ensure that an adult is present during service. Hicksville Heating Inc may decline or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hicksville Heating Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, including damages resulting from delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law.
